01.    Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. was established in July 1994 as a solely funded subsidiary company of China Grand Enterprises, with registered capital of 10 million RMB.

02.    In August 1999, the company transformed itself from a limited company into a limited liability company, adding its registered capital to 11.5 million RMB. 52% share was held by China Grand Enterprises and 48% by the management team of Zhejiang Grand.

03.    In September 1999, China Grand Enterprises and Jiangsu Ideal Group Co., Ltd signed the agreement to transfer the shares, and thus Jiangsu Ideal Group Co., Ltd became the controlling shareholder with 52% of Zhejiang Grand’s share.

04.    In May 2001, Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. set up its Intranet and launched its ERP system the following October, optimizing the management of the company, strengthening its risk control and improving the overall competitiveness of the company.

05.    In September 2001, in order to further strengthen itself, Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to 50 million RMB through undistributed profit reinvestment and cash investment increase.

06.    In 2001, Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. invested in land 175 Mu near the universal dock in Daxie Economic and Technical Development Zone for its Grand Logistics Center.

07.    In December 2001, Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. completed a SBS modified asphalt project in Yang gong Mountain, Beilun, Ningbo with an annual output of 100,000 tons.

08.    In June 2003, Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., in order to be stronger and more competitive, added its registered capital to 80 million RMB.

09.    From 1995 to 2005, Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. has been honored an “AAA Enterprise” by the Ningbo Credit Evaluation Committee 10 consecutive years.

10.    In 2003, the total sales of Zhejiang Grand Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. excelled 6 billion RMB.

11.    In January, 2005, the company was awarded the “Certificate for Compliance with the Standard of Quality Management System ISO9001:2000” by CQC.

12.    In 2005, the total portfolio of import and export trade reached 800 million US dollars and the total sales of the company excelled 9.8 billion RMB.

13.    Zhejiang Grand was entitled Top 50 Taxpayers in Ningbo Enterprises for three continuous years from 2005-2007, showing the social responsibility of our company. 

14.    In 2006, Zhejiang Grand was granted the “Star of Charity in Ningbo” for its great act of Charity.

15.    Zhejiang Grand was entitled Top 100 Enterprises in Zhejiang Province for three consecutive years from 2005 to 2007.

16.    In 2007, Zhejiang Grand was granted Top 100 China Enterprises in service industry as the only Ningbo company. 

17.    In 2007, Zhejiang Grand was granted the “Star of Service Industry in Ningbo”.

18.    In 2007, Zhejiang Grand made a new history of sales volume of 13.15 billion yuan.

19.    In 2008, Zhejiang Grand ranked No.1 on top 100 Ningbo Service Enterprises for two continuous years.

20.    In 2008, Zhejiang Grand ranked No. 361 on Top 500 China enterprises, which is a great advancement from the previous years.

21.    In 2009, Zhejiang Grand ranked No. 303 on Top 500 China enterprises with a historic breakthrough of sales volume of 18.2 billion yuan.

22.    In 2009, Zhejiang Grand ranked among the Innovation Chart Award, and was granted one of the most successful enterprises in Ningbo during the 60 years of the PRC.

23.    In 2010, Zhejiang Grand was involved in one of the First Modern Logistics Group which is greatly supported by Ningbo municipal government.

24.    In July 2010, "Zhejiang Grand Imp. &. Exp. Co., Ltd." was renamed to "GGC" referred as "Grand Group Corporation".
