Grand Prosperity Resources (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GPR") is a subsidiary of Grand Resources Group Co., Ltd. (GRG). It focuses on researching and serving three major industry chains: soft commodities, chemicals, and new energy. Established in March 2024 on the basis of the former Hangzhou Division of GRG with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, it specializes in international and domestic bulk commodity basis trading, futures-spot hedging, and arbitrage, as well as professional industry chain services and investment.

Since the establishment of the division in 2022, the company has established three business sectors: the Soft Commodities Sector, the Chemicals Sector, and the New Energy Sector. The Soft Commodities Sector trades in rubber, cotton, red dates, pulp and other bulk commodities. The Chemicals Sector trades in raw materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, asphalt, petroleum coke, glass, soda ash and polyvinyl chloride. It has further expanded into packaging films, currently focusing on stretch film and BOPP film. By leveraging its supply chain integration advantages, the company has expanded from plastic raw materials into high value-added packaging products, fully utilizing its expertise in chemical raw materials. The New Energy Sector is engaged in trading across the new energy industry chain, including polysilicon, industrial silicon, and lithium carbonate.
