Grand Resources Group's 2014 Annual Shareholders' Meeting was held on May 9th at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Ningbo. The meeting reviewed and approved the 2014 annual report of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, the 2014 financial final accounts and the 2015 financial budget report, the 2014 profit distribution proposal and the six proposals of the company's board of directors and the board of supervisors. The meeting elected Mr. Jin Bo, Mr. Peng Liang, Mr. Qin Zhaoping, Ms. Bai Xinhua, Mr. Zhang Wei, Mr. Wu Xiangdong and Mr. Xu Qiang as the directors of the sixth board of directors of the company; Mr. Zhou Yiwu and other three members are members of the sixth board of supervisors of the company.

At the first meeting of the sixth board of directors and the board of supervisors, Jin Bo was elected as the chairman of the sixth board of directors, Peng Liang was the vice chairman, and Zhou Yiwu was the chairman of the sixth board of supervisors. The board of directors served as the company's executive vice president, vice president, assistant to the president. And the general manager of the Finance Center was appointed.

The grand plan is far ahead and the future is a long way to go. Grand Resources Group will go better and further under the leadership of the new leadership team.
